Sculptra is an injectable treatment that stimulates collagen production to restore facial volume and improve skin texture. The protocols for Sculptra treatment typically involve multiple sessions spaced several weeks apart to achieve optimal results.

Pre-Treatment:

• Avoid blood-thinning medications, alcohol, and certain supplements to minimize bruising.

• Arrive clean, no make up or products on face

• Notify provider of any recent surgeries or medical conditions

Procedure:

• A skilled practitioner will evaluate your concerns, take pictures, and mark site(s) of injection.

• Skin will be cleansed with alcohol

• Sculptra is injected into targeted areas using a fine needle or cannula.

• Massaging of area may be provided to ensure even distribution

Post procedure:

• It is important to massage the treated area for five minutes, five times a day, for five days post-treatment to ensure even distribution.

• Post-Treatment Care: Patients should avoid excessive sun exposure, strenuous activities, and makeup for at least 24 hours after the procedure.

• Results Timeline: Unlike traditional fillers, Sculptra works gradually, with visible improvements appearing over several weeks or months.
